Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within five working days (Mon - Fri) of purchase. All of our candles are hand poured and sometimes we need to pour your order before sending. We are a craft company, so can't go as fast as bigger companies. However, handmade is all part of why our customers love us.

Postage and packaging costs are £3.29 up to 2 kilos and are sent out Royal Mail 48, using a fully tracked service. Our Wish bracelets are sent out second class and shipping is free.
